Terms of Service

By accessing or using BeDev (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

BeDev is a developer-focused learning platform offering articles, video courses, coding problems, and community features. Content is available under free and paid tiers. Features and pricing may change at any time with reasonable notice.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age of consent in your country) to register.
• One account per person — creating duplicate accounts to circumvent access restrictions is prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute paid content without permission.
• Scrape, copy, or extract course material at scale using automated tools.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent paywalls or access controls.
• Post content that is abusive, harassing, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

All content on BeDev — including articles, videos, problem sets, code samples, and branding — is owned by BeDev or its content creators and is protected by copyright law. You may use content for personal learning only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced or distributed commercially without explicit written permission.

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. BeDev does not store your card details.
• Subscription access is active for the billing period purchased.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if substantial content has not been consumed.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. BeDev does not guarantee that course content will result in employment, certification, or any specific outcome. Content accuracy is maintained in good faith but may become outdated as technology evolves.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeDev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data or business opportunity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
